Add a Backflow Device

Backflow testers can add a backflow device to the system

1. Verify that the customer and site address match what you searched for. If the customer and site address information is correct and no backflow device is listed then a device can be added
2. At the right end of the Search backflows box, next to the search button, there is a +Backflow button.
3. Click the +Backflow button
4. Select one: New Install or Pre-existing
   • Select New Install if you are installing and testing this device for the first time
   • Select Pre-existing if you found this device existing onsite
5. Fill in all the required information on the form indicated by the green dot
   • If you selected Pre-existing you will be ask “Do you know this backflow’s installation date and last test date?”
     • If you answer No your done
     • If you answer Yes complete the remaining questions
6. Click Add Backflow
