Customer Search

1. Enter customer name, address, account number or group id
   • TIP: Entering 5 plus characters works the best
   • Group id must be an exact match, all others will return partial matches
2. A successful customer search will return one or more results.
   • Click on the Customer whose backflow you are going to test
   • If multiple customers are returned click the block containing the customer’s name whose backflow you will be working on. Clicking opens the selected customer’s information allowing you to select a backflow preventer device from a list or add a backflow preventer device.
